Valerie Gomes has been writing music in New York City since the late 80s. She has performed at The Bitter End, Jane's Cafe, Baggot Inn, C Note, CBGB's Gallery, Orange Bear, The Triad, Rose's Turn, Kenny's Castaways, Don't Tell Mama, Sidewalk Cafe, My Father's PLace, Red Lion, Gizzi's and many other New York night spots. She has been on WBAI radio and sings and arranges backup vocals for many New York musicians. Val also has credits on many artists' CDs.
